Refund policy
Returns:
Our policy lasts 60 days. To complete your return, order confirmation email or proof of purchase and a picture (or pictures) of the item(s), along with detailed description of the issue including photos and videos of the product.
Please email us at contact@wiggleez.com and we will initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where no refund may be granted.
- Any item not in its original condition/used
- Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
-Any item as described on the website.
-Any Item wanting to be returned due to incorrect size bought by the customer
-Customized item with no defect

IMPORTANT:
You must check your order confirmation email to make sure you ordered the correct variant and let us know immediately of any changes. We also cannot accept any updates to your order if it has already been shipped.
Orders cannot be canceled while the package is in transit. No returns and refunds will be accepted if the customer changes her/his mind after receiving the package (such as customer no longer needs the item, incorrect size, wrong color etc.). If there is any issue with the item(s), please contact us.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@wiggleez.com. In case you paid through Paypal, you shall receive the refund immediately after it has been approved.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at no additional cost. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@wiggleez.com.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the item is not defective.
 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
